Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ââ?¬Â¢Athletes with a history of pain over the medial and lateral aspects of shin
  • ââ?¬Â¢Athletes participating actively in track and field events or undergoing active sessions on training.
  • ââ?¬Â¢Subjects willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • ââ?¬Â¢Recently diagnosed fractures within 3 to 6 months and compartment syndrome.
  • ââ?¬Â¢Open wounds over lower limb.
  • ââ?¬Â¢Athletes diagnosed with hematological conditions such as DVT, Varicose Veins, Hemophilia, Anemia etc.
  • ââ?¬Â¢Diagnosed dermatological conditions including skin infections.
