Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Athletes with a history of pain over the medial and lateral aspects of shin
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Athletes participating actively in track and field events or undergoing active sessions on training.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Subjects willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Recently diagnosed fractures within 3 to 6 months and compartment syndrome.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Open wounds over lower limb.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Athletes diagnosed with hematological conditions such as DVT, Varicose Veins, Hemophilia, Anemia etc.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Diagnosed dermatological conditions including skin infections.
