Children age 5-12 years attending a specific school in the Hunter Region and their parent/s.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Change in body mass index (BMI) . BMI is calculated from height and weight (kg/m squared). Height is measured to 0.1 cm on a portable Holtain stadiometer. Weight is measured using calibrated digital scales that measure to 0.1 kg.[Baseline, 3 months, 6 months]
