入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patient attended with the classical sign and symptoms of aabhyatara arsha.
- •2. Patient who will be ready to give written informed consent.
- •3. Patient who have 2nd and 3rd degree Internal Piles.
- •4. Patient of age group of 16 to 70 years of either sex.
排除标准
- •1. External Piles
- •2. 1st degree & 4th degree Internal piles.
- •3. Patients with other systemic illness like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, malignancy etc.
- •4. HBsAg and Retrovirus positive patients.
- •5. Secondary internal haemorrhoids because of other systemic disorders.
- •6. Internal hemorrhoids with other associated Ano-rectal diseases / Colon diseases.
- •7. Infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum/Anus.
- •8. Rectal prolapse, Pelvic pathology and Pregnancy.
