1. Patient attended with the classical sign and symptoms of aabhyatara arsha.
2. Patient who will be ready to give written informed consent.
3. Patient who have 2nd and 3rd degree Internal Piles.
4. Patient of age group of 16 to 70 years of either sex.
1. External Piles
2. 1st degree & 4th degree Internal piles.
3. Patients with other systemic illness like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, malignancy etc.
4. HBsAg and Retrovirus positive patients.
5. Secondary internal haemorrhoids because of other systemic disorders.
6. Internal hemorrhoids with other associated Ano-rectal diseases / Colon diseases.
7. Infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum/Anus.
8. Rectal prolapse, Pelvic pathology and Pregnancy.
