Inclusion Criteria
- •* Inclusion criteria
- •1. Child A or B score lower than 9
- •2 Serum bilirubin level of 5 mg/dL or lower
- •3. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) values of 100 IU/L or lower
- •4. Serum creatinine value of 1.5 mg/dL or lower
- •5. International normalized ratio (INR) of 2.0 or low
- •6. those who provided written informed consent. voluntarily
- •7. those who are capable of participating in follow up observations during the trial
- •8 The subjects underwent a washout period and required to be monitored during the trial and to follow the restriction standards of the trial.
Exclusion Criteria
- •* Exclusion criteria
- •1. Severe neutropenia (absolute neutrophil level of 500/uL or lower)
- •2. Platelet count less than 50,000/uL
- •3. Fever, aggravation of liver function, abdominal aneurysm, sepsis, and thrombosis
- •4. The subjects judged by investigators to have difficulty continuing the trial were also excluded
