Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Admission patients to the department of neurology
- •1\.Acute ischemic stroke on the territory of vertebral artery or posterior inferior cerebellar artery, and
- •2\.exsist with steosis or occlusion of vertebral artery or posterior inferior cerebellar artery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Not undergone diffusion MRI within 24 hours from symptom onset
- •2\.Any evidence of cardioembolic stroke
- •3\.Received thrombolysis
