Can walk and perform activities of daily living independently
Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
•Any medical condition precluding regular exercise participation
•Cognitive impairment restricting to comply with study procedures
•Presence of Vestibular disorders
•Parkinson’s Disease
