Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Consecutive series of patients with acute ischemic stroke, who were hospitalized to Seoul National University Bundang Hospital within 12 hours from onset between 2004/1 and 2008/3, were used to develop the prognostic model.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient who were lesion negative stroke patient, thrombolytic therapy in another hospital, thrombolysis application after 12 hours from stroke onset, thromoblysis performed at another hospital and incomplete functional outcome assessment at 3 month
