Inclusion Criteria

2)primary CABG

3)Left ventricular Ejection Fraction 45% or more

Exclusion Criteria

•HR <60 beats/min

•Emergency surgery.

•NYHA class IV.

•Redo surgery.

•Stroke or transient ischaemic attack

•Implanted defibrillator, cardioverter or pacemaker

•Associated valvular heart disease

•Sick sinus syndrome

•Sino-atrial block

•Congenital long QT

•Complete atrioventricular block

•Severe or uncontrolled hypertension
