入选标准
- •The patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the department of surgery of Chung-ang university hospital
排除标准
- •age below 20 or over 70 years old, weight below 45 kg or over 100 kg, ASA physical status grade > 3,
- •allergy to local anesthetics, chronic use of NSAIDs or other analgesics,
- •severe cardiovascular or repiratory disease, coagulopathy, having anticoagulants,
- •other medical history or psychiatric problem which is decided to exclude by researchers
- •patients who cannot be trusted to cooperate, patients who do not use IV PCA
