Patients from 30-50 years of age
Duration of symptoms for at least 3 months
The presence of other neuropathic diseases such as polyneuropathy, cervical radiculopathy, or brachial plexopathy (including thoracic outlet syndrome)
Systemic diseases that can affect the severity or treatment, such as hypothyroidism, gout, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney deficiency, and acromegaly,
History of carpal tunnel release surgery,
Wrist fracture
Pregnancy
History of injectionin the carpal tunnel in the last month.

Name Time Method Pain. Timepoint: Before the treatment and immediately and 12 weeks after the last treatment session. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale (VAS).
