•1 Known and newly diagnosed cases of Juvenile diabetes.
•2 Age group: 2 to 18 year age, of either sex.
•3 The patients having classical signs and symptoms of Jataja Prameha like Prabhut Aavil Mutrata, Kshudha adhikya, Pipasa adhikya etc will be selected.
•4 Patients who will fulfill the diagnostic criteria of Juvenile Diabetes like FBS > 126 mg/dl, PPBS > 200 mg/dl, HbA1c > 6.5%

•1 Children below 2 years and above 18 years of age.
•2 Children who have poor glycemic control in the range even with the use of insulin.
•3 Children with tendency to have recurrent DKA (Diabetic Keto Acidosis).
•4 Children with complications of disease like Diabetic foot etc.
•5 Children with increased cholesterol level.
•6 Children with other infectious diseases such as TB etc. immune-compromised children, HbsAg, other metabolic diseases/errors, endocrine diseases, genetic anomalies.
