Inclusion Criteria
Women >18 years with a post-mastectomy reconstruction with a tissue expander
Exclusion Criteria
Insufficient self-care, the inability to be sufficiently instructed on how to care for the drain. (aliteracy, language-barrier, mental retardation, psychiatric disorders)
