Inclusion Criteria
1.Newly diagnosed unmarried women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
2.Women with Polycystic ovarian syndrome, as defined by Rotterdams criteria.
3.Women who give consent to participate will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Woman having diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia, androgen-secreting tumours or receiving hormonal medication within 3 months before
2.Subjects with oral lesions and deleterious habits (tobacco chewing)
