  • Patients posted for forearm and hand surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient refusal for consent
  • Pre\-existing neurological deficit or neuropathy affecting brachial plexus.
  • Bleeding disorders and allergy to local anaesthetics
  • Pneumothorax
  • Prior surgery on infra clavicular fossa
