Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Gender: male and female
- •Able to stand for 10 sec
- •Able to follow instructions
- •Residing in long\-term care \>\= 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Underwent Cardiovascular surgery within the past 1 year
- •CVD includes CAD, class 3 and 4 heart failure, arrhythmia
- •Acute illness such as fever, chronic cough past 15 days
- •Older adults with a terminal illness
