简要总结

This randomized controlled trial investigates the effect of virtual reality (VR) training on motor proficiency and sports performance in 10–18-year-old amateur football players. While traditional football training focuses on physical conditioning and technical skills, this study explores the innovative use of VR games to enhance bilateral coordination, balance, agility, strength, reaction time, and eye-foot coordination. A total of 30 participants will be randomly assigned to either a VR-based intervention group or a conventional training group, with sessions conducted over four weeks. Assessments will include the Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency (BOT-2), Repeated Sprint Test, BlazePod-based reaction time test, and Soccer Wall Volley Test. The study aims to fill a gap in adolescent sports science by evaluating the effectiveness of immersive VR as a performance enhancement tool in young, non-elite athletes.
