Inclusion Criteria
1.Periodontitis patients of Stage II and Stage III, Grade B & C (2017 Classification).
2.Age- 25 to 55 years.
3.A probing pocket depth of >5mm with clinical attachment loss of >3mm.
4.Full mouth plaque score(FMPS) of <20%.
5.Full mouth gingival bleeding score (FMBS)of <20%.
6.Isolated intrabony defects.
7.Defect depth of >3mm
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases
2. Patients under systemic antibiotics for last 6 months.
3. Pregnancy or lactating women
4. Smokers
5. Patients with malocclusion, traumatic occlusion.
6. Grade II and grade III furcation involvement.
7. Presence of mobility.
