1. unilateral moderate knee OA based on the American College of Rheumatology criteria (ACR)
2.Age of the subjects was between 40-60 years .
3. Body mass index (BMI) was 18.5-29.9 kg/m2.
1.Rheumatoid arthritis
2.Severe knee OA
3.Thrombosis of the lower limbs
4.Previous surgery on the knee joint
5.Previous fracture of the lower extremity with knee joint involvement
6.Any contraindications or precautions for the use of ultrasound (e.g., infection, heart problems, pacemaker, metal implants, open epiphysis, pregnancy
