Inclusion Criteria
All patients of age more than 10 years and willing for surgery are included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women,
Children under 10 years old,
Patients with previous extensive abdominal operations,
Uncorrected coagulopathy, or generalized intraabdominal infection (Peritonitis).
