入选标准
- •Adult patients >55 years of age at diagnosis;
- •newly diagnosed with probable AD;
- •with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) [22] score of =20 and =28 at diagnosis;
- •and presented within the normal course of care;
- •to have visited for the first time the participating center from 15 years to 4 years before the date of data collection.
排除标准
- •Patients with a history, clinical signs or imaging of stroke or transient ischemic attack.
- •Patients with a history of Parkinson’s disease prior to, or at the start of AD onset.
- •Patients with frontotemporal dementia.
- •and patients with probable Lewy-body disease.
