- •Exclusion criteria : Pregnancy; Immune-suppression; Prosthetic cardiac valve; Vascular graft ; Cardiac trauma; History of rheumatic fever; Endocarditis; Congenital cardiac abnormality; Gasteroesophagial or intestinal injury; Pancreatitis ; Fracture base skull
