Inclusion Criteria
patients with palmoplantar and periungual warts more than 12 years of age requiring less than 2mg of bleomycin injection
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant and lactating women
2.Children <12 years
3.Patients with Reynaudâ??s phenomenon or peripheral vascular disease
4.Patients with immune suppression from any disease or drug therapy
5.Patients with extensive warts requiring more than 2mg bleomycin

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Clearance of wartsTimepoint: Two injections of Bleomycin will be given two weeks apart and patient will be followed at 4rth and 12th week after the first injection.

Name Time Method Complete, partial or incomplete response to therapyTimepoint: Patients will be evaluated at 12 weeks to find out whether there is complete, partial or no response to treatment protocol.
