Inclusion Criteria

Patients of Age 20years to 80years , physical status ASA1 and ASA2, posted for fracture femur procedures under central neuraxial blockade

Exclusion Criteria

Patient refusal,Patient not satisfying inclusion criteria,Patient with coagulopathies,Patient allergic to local anaesthestics and paracetamol,Patient with liver diseases,Mentally challenged patients,Polytrauma patients,Infection at block site
