- •Either gender.

- •Diagnosed with osteoporosis.
- •Thoracic joint instability.
- •High level of anxiety related to receiving thoracic manual therapy.

- •musculoskeletal pathology.
- •Cardiac disease.
- •Cognitive disability.
- •Any recent chest and abdominal surgery.
- •Lung conditions like pneumothorax, haemothorax , tuberculosis, pneumonia.
