1.Patients with lung space occupying lesions removed by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and pathologically confirmed to be lung cancer;
2.Preoperative examination showed no absolute contraindications to surgery;
3.Patients have good compliance in the treatment, can understand the situation of this study and sign the informed consent.
1.Patients received total pneumonectomy, pulmonary arterioplasty or bronchial sleeve lobectomy;
2.The intraoperative blood loss was more than 1000 mL or video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery transferred to thoracotomy;
3.There were signs of active bleeding after surgery, which required thoracotomy for hemostasis;
4.Patients refuse to receive lung rehabilitation training;
5.The postoperative drainage time is more than 7 days;
6.Patients used double thoracic tube drainage after surgery or transferred to ICU.
