Inclusion Criteria

The person is willing to participate in the study.
Be at least literate.
The severity of ?Episiotomy pain is moderate to severe.(Based on visual analog scale, pain score higher than 4)
The baby is alive and well.
Pregnancy is single.
Cephalic Presentation
She should be the Primiparous
Gestational age Should Be 37 to 42 weeks.
The babies weight should Be between 2500 to 4000 grams.
not allergic to sesame (symptoms of allergy to sesame include: chronic cough, eczema, urticaria and dermatitis).
Do not have severe bleeding after childbirth. (Bleeding that requires medication (other than receiving Oxytocin) or that requires blood transfusion and transfer to the operating room.)
Medicinal analgesia has not been used to reduce labor pain (?Spinal-Epidural-Entonex)
Do not have medical disease. (Heart disease, chronic hypertension and Preeclampsia, diabetes, kidney and lung disease and autoimmune diseases)
The first, second and third stages of labor Should Be normal.(First stage: no rapid or slow delivery, second stage: no instrumental delivery, no third or fourth degree rupture)

Exclusion Criteria

Mother refuses to take more than one sesame capsule or placebo
Any problems that interfere with the mother's routine care.(mother transfer to operating room- early discharge before 24 hours- bleeding or any obstetric problems of the mother that requires treatment)

Primary Outcome Measures

Intensity of episiotomy pain. Timepoint: Measurement of episiotomy pain intensity before intervention and one hour after each dose (4 doses 6 hours apart). Method of measurement: To measure the severity of episiotomy pain, a visual analog scale is used, which will be drawn as a 100 mm line, and the left side of the number zero means painless and the right side of the number 10 means maximum pain.we will ask mother to mark the pain intensity of her episiotomy sutures on the line at that moment.
