Inclusion Criteria

age: >18 years old
CML patient using any TKI (group 1 and 2)
mentally able/ allowed to give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

known hereditary muscle defect
medication known to cause muscle pain (statins, antidepressiva, antipsychotica, thyroid hormones)
evident prolonged QTc interval (>500 msec)
contra-indication for maximal aerobic exercise test or muscle biopsy
