入选标准
- •Suspected megaloblastic anemia in age group of 3 months to 18 years(Pallor, hyper-pigmentation of knuckles & terminal phalanges) clinically
- •with one of the following laboratory criteria.
- •a. Peripheral smear picture : macrocytes, hypersegmented neutrophils and thrombocytopenia
- •b. MVC(Man corpuscular volume) > 110 fl
- •c. Vitamin B12 level <150 µg /dl
- •d. Dimorphic anemia on peripheral smear
- •e. Infantile tremor syndrome (ITS)
排除标准
- •1. Patient with Neurological symptoms (except ITS)
- •2. Patient with proven or strongly suspected pernicious anemia or short boweL syndrome/malabsorption syndrome
