Inclusion Criteria

Age group between 14-16 years both boys and girls.

Breakfast skippers who are identified from data of phase 1.

Students who are willing to be a part of the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Hostel students

Adolescents who are suffering from chronic illness, terminal illness, immune compromised.

If the student is not willing to be part of the study

If anyone is allergic to any component of the nutribar which is provided as a supplement.
