Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Men and women aged 25\-59 years, suffering from low back pain without leg pain and lasting more than 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with psychological illnesses (in reliance on physicianâ??s diagnosis), History of spinal surgery, History of exercise therapy for back pain in the last 3 months, Pregnancy, Systemic inflammatory diseases (SIDs), Nervous system diseases, Ortho disorders of the lower extremities and the spine, no co\-operation, motivation and dis\-satisfaction and body mass index (BMI) above 35 and below 18\.
