Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with ventral hernias including primary ventral hernias and incisional hernias managed at this tertiary care centre
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with obstruction or strangulation of hernia, recurrent incisional hernia, local or systemic infection or psychiatric illness precluding informed consent or surgery and patients unfit for general anaesthesia and pneumoperitoneum
