入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Subjects clinically diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis.
- •2. Knee osteoarthritis subjects with myofascial trigger points in hamstring, quadriceps, iliotibial and/or gastronemius muscles
排除标准
- •1. Recent fractures of femur (less than 1 year)
- •2. Febrile states
- •3. Systemic or localized infections
- •4. Surgical incisions and open wounds
- •5. Skin hypersensitivity
- •6. Advanced diabetes or sensory deficit over thigh
- •7. Intraarticular corticosteroids injection in the last 6 months, pain medications in preceding 6 hours
- •8. Bleeding disorders
- •9. Other musculoskeletal disorders, that is, low back ache, osteoarthritis hip, osteoarthritis ankle, plantar fasciitis.
- •10. Knee osteoarthritis patients with no current complaints of pain.
