INCLUSION CRITERIA
1)All healthy patients aged 18-45 years with bilaterally symmetrical mandibular third molar impaction (partial or complete bony impactions)
2)Patients falling in the ASA class 1 and class 2.
3)Patients with no associated pathology with the concerned tooth
4)Patients with normal TMJ function.
5)Patients without any destructive habits such as smoking, chewing tobacco etc.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA
?Patients with history of any drug allergy or allergy to any biomaterial to be used in the procedure or with a history of intake of any drug which may alter physiologic healing.
?Patients with history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy
?Patients who are pregnant, lactating or on oral contraception
?Patients having any pathology or infection with concerned tooth
?Patients with complications like root/crown fracture, alveolar or mandible fracture.
?Patients with intact walls of third molar sockets after extraction.
