ASA 1 and 2
Patients undergoing gynaecologic, orthopedic, urologic and general surgery under spinal anaesthesia
patientsin whom 1st puncture is successful
Exclusion Criteria
Patient not willing to give informed consent
Patient with spinal deformities
Chronic back pain
Multiple pricks
Blood stained CS
