入选标准
- •1\.Patients between 18 to 65 years of age of either gender with end stage renal disease on regular dialysis
- •2\.Willing to give informed consent
排除标准
- •1\.Pregnant and lactating women
- •2\.Patients on CYP3A4 inhibitors and P\- glycoprotein inhibitors
- •3\.Patients with known blood dyscrasias such as myelosuppression, leukopenia, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia and aplastic anemia
- •4\.Patients with Hepatitis B, ,Hep.C positive status and liver disorders
