Inclusion Criteria
obese patients (BMI >30 kg/m2) aged 18 or above with ASA physical status 2 or 3, undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient with history of previous difficult airway.
2. Known allergies to any medication used in the study protocol.
3. Pregnancy.
4. Patientâ??s refusal / inability to give written informed consent.
5. Any emergency surgery or primary intubation with another advanced airway
device before attempting intubation.
6. Patients with psychiatric disorders.
