Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients with hypergonadotropic hypogonadism and isolated hypogonadotropic hypogonadism

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients who have any chronic illness, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism , liver disease or treatment with drugs knowing to interfere with glucose homeostasis or fat metabolism (e.g. glucocorticoids).
  • 2\. Patients with cortisol deficiency or secondary hypothyroidism or GH deficiency in patients with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
