Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing complete TURBT for evaluation of a newly diagnosed bladder lesion in TMH
2. found to have NMIBC (either low risk or high risk).
3. Patient gives consent
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patient who has visible tumour on first or any subsequent cystoscopy.
2) On histopathology found to have muscle invasive bladder cancer.
3) Patient having urinary tract infection before cystoscopy.
