Inclusion Criteria
Patients >18yrs of either sex with a provisional diagnosis of ILD either clinically or on previous HRCT chest
Exclusion Criteria
1.All patients of congestive cardiac failure, primary pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary neoplasia.
2.Patients unable to perform spirometry .
3.Pregnant patients
4.Acute exacerbation of ILDs.
