- •1 Patient 60 years of age and above
- •2 American Society of Anesthesiologistâ??s grade I and II
- •3 Any lower limb surgery that can be done under sub arachnoid block
- •4 Patient who gives written consent
- •5 Surgeries with duration equal to and less than 3 hours
排除标准
- •1 Any contraindication to spinal anesthesia
- •2 Patients requiring intraoperatively any general anesthesia aid
- •3 Deaf patients
- •4 Mentally retarded patient/Dementia
- •5 Patients with psychiatric disorder
