Inclusion Criteria
Patient suffering from chronic periodontitis and having pocket depth >=5mm in more than 30 sites.
Radiographic evidence of bone loss.
Patient age group of 20-55 yrs.
Patient who are willing to consent for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with history of systemic disease.
Any apparent oral infection like herpes or candida.
Patient who taken antibiotic therapy in past 3 months.
Patient who have undergone periodontal therapy in last 6 months.
Smokers , pregnant as well as post-menopausal women and lactating women.
