Inclusion Criteria

Diabetic patients with macular edema

Exclusion Criteria

Oral or intravenous injection of corticosteroids and Immunomodulatory therapy
History of vitrectomy surgery
Warfarin and Plavix and Heparin
History of chemotherapy and active gastrointestinal ulcers
History of cerebral hemorrhage
