简要总结
This is a cross-sectional observational study aimed at examining the association between social media use and dietary choices/nutrition among adolescents in Mumbai. Data will be collected through a structured questionnaire focusing on social media exposure, dietary habits, and nutritional awareness. The objective is to assess how digital content influences adolescents’ food preferences and eating behaviors. The findings may help identify areas for nutrition education, inform policy recommendations, and guide interventions targeting healthier eating patterns among youth in the social media era.
