- •- Thai adults aged 18-60 years old
- •- Diagnosis with T2DM at least 12 months prior to start the study
- •- Able to communicate; speak, read and write with Thai language fluently
- •- Able to provide written informed consent for participation
排除标准
- •- Have been diagnosed with co-morbidities
- •- A lack of communication or cognitive dysfunction
- •- Require supports on their daily lives by other persons or care givers
- •- Transient migration from other communities
- •- Informed consent not provided.
