All faculty members and residents who perform/assist in minimal access surgeries in their regular surgical practice as operating surgeon, camera assistant and 1st assistant across Surgical Disciplines like Department of Surgical Disciplines, Urology and Gynaecology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
The faculty members and residents who have pre-existing established musculoskeletal disorders which preclude them from doing minimal access surgeries will be excluded from the study. The faculty members and residents who do not give consent for the study will also be excluded from the study.
