This is a interventional trial comparing pain relief effect of sonography guided 2 different approaches for postoperative pain relief in children undergoing procedure at their male private part. Pain relief effect will be assessed using a specific scientific scale at multiple times postoperatively and will be compared using standard statistical tests.

- Male
入选标准
- •patient posted for circumsion surgery 2) age between 2 to 6 years 3) patients giving written valid consent 4) ASA physical status 1,2,3.
排除标准
- •Patients with poor glasgow coma scale 2) patients with skin lession at local site 3) patient with local anesthetic allergy 4) Patient requiring spinal Anesthesia.

时间窗: Assessment of postoperative analgesic effect using FLACC behavioural scale at post operative 1,2,4,6,8 and 10 hours
次要结局
- to compare total duration of hospital stay and compliance between 2 groups(upto 24 hours postoperatively)
