1) Adults between 18 and 85 years old;
2) Diagnosed with stroke according to diagnostic points of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019;
3) Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage was confirmed by CT or MRI;
4) First experience of stroke, unilateral hemiplegia;
5) Presenting with stable overall condition, sufficient cognitive ability with the score of Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) >= 24;
6) Sign informed consent.
1) Has received other treatment or is participating in other interventional research;
2) Unstable overall health condition or presence of neurological symptoms, complicated by serious internal diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney;
3) Unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and evaluation;
4) Had a history of mental disorders or depression;
5) Severe aphasia and cognitive impairment.
