Inclusion Criteria
Older adults with chronic back pain
- Older adults aged 65 or older
Exclusion Criteria
- Cardiovascular, lung, blood or kidney disease within 3 years
- Central nervous system disease
- Difficulty performing the program due to severe pain such as surgery or severe arthritis
- Uncontrolled clinical diseases such as neuropsychiatric disorders
