Inclusion Criteria
- •Older adults with chronic back pain
- •\- Older adults aged 65 or older
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Cardiovascular, lung, blood or kidney disease within 3 years
- •\- Central nervous system disease
- •\- Difficulty performing the program due to severe pain such as surgery or severe arthritis
- •\- Uncontrolled clinical diseases such as neuropsychiatric disorders
