- •All staff nurses of NICU who are
- •1\. willing to participate in the study.
- •2\. present at the time of data collection.
- •3\. involved in care of neonates on ventilator.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The study will exclude:
- •1\. the staff nurses of NICU who are on long leave.
- •2\. the sister in\-charge of NICU.
